Sign-up Procedure For Games

1) Check out the games listed.

2) Sign-up for a game! To do so, please send an email to the Game Master running the game you wish to join.

3) Please sign-up for only one (1) game per time slot

Please check the website from time to time. More games may be added (and some may be cancelled). If you're a Game Master and your plans change, please post a cancellation notice so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.

In addition to the planned games, there will be open gaming. Attendees should feel free to use any empty tables to play whatever they wish (provided it fits within the slot time).

If You Want To Run A Game

1) Make a post in to the mailing list that describes:

a. The name of your game.
b. the time your game is scheduled for during the convention.
c. The game system that you are using and any unusual rule sets/genres.
d. A "teaser" that describes what the game is about.
e. The number of players in total you will accept at the game (up to 6).
f. The number of open player spots (Please leave at least one spot open for new attendees that arrive the day of the event!).
g. A Game Rating between 1-10 on the following categories: Action, Roleplaying, and Puzzles/Mystery.

i. Special Notes of any kind.
j. A group of blank spaces for players to sign up.

2) IMPORTANT! Once players begin to sign up for your game, it is your responsibility to edit your post and update the game information with the names of players who have reserved a spot at your table!

3) Note there are seven (7) game tables open per slot, so make sure to clearly label your game with the correct game day and slot.

4) Pre-generated characters are MANDATORY for all game sessions! Make SURE you bring pre-generated characters for your game and bring extra copies just in case.
